Camp Town Rules

Office hours are from 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday. Appointments only on Sunday.

Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 12 noon.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am on weekdays and 12 midnight to 9am on weekends.

Please use the designated pet area for walking your pets. They must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of the pet area and not left unattended. Be cautious and pick up after your pets.

There is a 10 mph speed limit that is strictly enforced.

Minors under the age of 15 must be accompanied at all times. Parents are responsible for your children’s safety and actions.

No overnight guests without prior permission.

Alcohol is allowed on campsites. Use care with all glass.

If you smoke, please extinguish completely and dispose of all butts appropriately. Do not throw butts on the ground.

Dispose of all trash in designated areas.

Campfires are allowed in designated areas, for example, in fire rings, fire pits and grills. Extinguish fires completely when left unattended.

Restrooms and showers are for campground guests only. Please limit showers to 10 minutes.

Fireworks are not allowed, except by park administration.

No discharging of firearms on campground property. No one under 21 years of age in possession of a firearm.

Please be respectful of others in reference to use of foul language, your actions, and your manner of dress.

Do not damage the trees, such as breaking limbs and hammering nails into them, and do not attach anything to them.

Do not feed the wild life.

Do not allow your gray water or black water to run or drip on the ground at any time.

Fishing is allowed on the river.

Small boats are allowed to use the boat ramp.

Swimming in the river is not allowed due to the presence of alligators.

No off-road vehicles are allowed to be driven on the campground.

No washing vehicles on the campground.

Gas powered golf carts are allowed with a licensed driver. The use of electric golf carts may require an additional electricity fee, but still need to be operated by a licensed driver.

No vehicle repairs are to be done, including oil changes, on campground property, except in the case emergency assistance, for example changing flat tires and getting a jumpstart.
